Now, Baker, Braverman & Barbadoro has formally launched a “Business Startup Practice Group” which will include fixed rates and programs to assist new businesses

Warren F. Baker, who heads the group which includes Gene Guimond, Jonathan Braverman, Christopher Agostino and Peter Herbst Jr., believes that many times individuals are unaware of the perils and pitfalls accompanying a new business venture:
