Christopher J. Sullivan complements the firm’s practice with
an emphasis on elder and Medicaid law, estate planning and administration, probate and family
law, guardianships and adoptions, including representations of
same sex families. Prior to obtaining his law degree Mr. Sullivan was a Court
Clerk at the Norfolk Probate and Family Court for a number of years. His experience includes extensive elder law, estate and tax planning matters. Mr. Sullivan also represents clients in all forms of Probate matters and serves as a
court-appointed Guardian
Ad Litem, commissioner, master and special administrator.
Attorney Sullivan obtained his undergraduate degree from the University
of Massachusetts and his Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University
Law School and is admitted to practice in all courts in the Commonwealth
and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
Mr. Sullivan is an active member of the Massachusetts, Boston,
Norfolk and Plymouth County Bar Associations as well as the National Academy
of Elder Law Attorneys. He serves as chairman of the Norfolk Probate
and Family Court Bench Bar Committee, Norfolk and Plymouth Estate
and Business Planning Council and is a volunteer lawyer at
various Probate Courts in the Commonwealth. Mr. Sullivan is a
volunteer member of the Corporate Council of the Juvenile Diabetes
Research Foundation. Additionally, he is an active volunteer
with the Hanover Council on Aging.
Super Lawyers Magazine recognized Attorney Sullivan as a "Rising
Star" in the area of Elder Law in its 2007 Rising Stars Edition.
