| Gene J. Guimond concentrates his practice
in the areas of commercial and residential
real estate, land use, state and local
regulatory law, and corporate law. His
experience includes preparation and representation
of environmental permit petitions and
appeals before local boards, state and
federal agencies. Attorney Guimond
has presented lectures focusing on littoral
and riparian property rights and has
authored articles that have appeared
in newspapers and periodicals.
Clients represented by Attorney Guimond
include commercial and residential lending
institutions, land developers, cranberry
growers, handlers, processors and marina
and boatyard owners.
Mr. Guimond received his undergraduate
degree, magna cum laude , from
Providence College. After serving
as a commissioned officer in the 101
st Airborne Division of the United States
Army, he earned his Juris Doctorate, cum
laude, from Suffolk University Law School.
Mr. Guimond is a member of the Massachusetts
Bar Association, the Real Estate Bar
Association of Massachusetts and is involved
in many civic and charitable activities.
