 Susan M. Molinari concentrates her practice
in the areas of business and commercial
litigation, criminal defense, consumer
protection, personal injury law and mediation of various types of
complex legal issues.
Ms.
Molinari is a 1990 graduate of Providence
College. As an undergraduate, Ms. Molinari
interned in the Attorney General's Office
and the United States Attorney's Office
in Rhode Island. Ms. Molinari obtained
her Juris Doctorate in 1999 from the
New England School of Law where she received
the New England Scholar Award for Academic
Excellence, the CALI Award for Excellence
in Trial Practice and the CALI Award
for Excellence in Clinical Evidence.
During law school Ms. Molinari was employed
as a social worker for the Massachusetts
Department of Social Services. In addition
to her employment, Ms. Molinari interned
in the Narcotics and Organized Crime
Unit of the Massachusetts Attorney General's
Office, and in the Southeast Legal Unit
of the Massachusetts Department of Social
Services.
Ms.
Molinari is admitted to practice in the
Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the
United States District Court for the
District of Massachusetts. Ms. Molinari
is a member of the American Bar Association,
the Massachusetts Bar Association, the
Norfolk Bar Association, and is involved
in other charitable and community activities.
