The firm maintains an active practice in real estate matters including
the purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties, development,
financing, refinancing, leasing, condominiums, zoning regulations,
comprehensive permits, land use, and other local and state regulatory
processes. We also have extensive experience in Chapter 91 licensing
issues.
Business Litigation
The firm provides representation in all forms of business
related litigation including disputes involving partnerships,
corporations, sole proprietorships and real estate entities.
Experienced litigators aggressively defend or prosecute actions in
the District, Superior, Federal and Bankruptcy Courts as well as at the appellate level.
Corporate Counsel
The firm acts as corporate counsel for many business
enterprises, which includes advising the Board of Directors on taxes,

real estate, employment issues, licensing, intellectual property,
trade secret protection and other matters required of a business
enterprise in our complex and highly regulated business environment.
Estate Plans and Wills
Plans are created to best suit the client's present needs and
reduce costly taxes, probate and delays. Estate planning involves
all aspects of property ownership and management, tax planning,
Estate and Trust administration and interrelationships with business
interests.
Banking and Lending
The firm represents individuals, businesses and banking clients
in credit and financing transactions, receivable and inventory financing,
multiple party transactions, debt collection, bankruptcy proceedings,
workouts, asset-based lending, letters of credit and other credit
and banking transactions and conveyancing.
Medicaid Planning / Elder Law
This area of law is becoming increasingly complex and will continue
to have a greater impact on the lives of elder citizens,
their children and property preservation. Our attorneys have been
involved in this type of planning and elder client representation for
over twenty-five years, and are members of National Academy of Elder
Law Attorneys.
Family Law and Adoptions
Our attorneys have substantial experience in counseling and representing
clients in Probate and Family Court in matters relating to estate
administration, will contests, guardianships and adoption.
Divorce, Probate Litigation
The firm represents individuals in divorce and probate litigation
including custody issues, modification, separation agreements, will
contests and contested trust issues.

Employment Litigation and Counsel
In this complex and rapidly evolving area of the law, the firm
provides general advice to management to ensure compliance with state and
federal discrimination laws and the proper handling of specific
employment issues. Our litigation attorneys regularly appear before
the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and in state
and federal courts when necessary to defend claims of discrimination,
harassment or wrongful discharge.

The firm maintains a diverse practice in all courts of the Commonwealth

Personal Injury Law
At Baker, Braverman & Barbadoro, we have always been dedicated

Representative Activities
The firm is approved to certify real estate title to a major title
